Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any stream from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the state government as of the cut-off date (August 1, 2025).
2. Age Limit (as of August 1, 2025)
The minimum age requirement for all candidates is 20 years
General / EWS (Male): 37 Years
General / EWS (Female): 40 Years
BC / EBC (Male & Female): 40 Years

Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection architecture is designed to evaluate both theoretical proficiency and physical endurance across multiple stages:
Phase 1: Preliminary Written Exam
Consists of 100 objective multiple-choice questions for a total of 200 marks
. The exam duration is 2 hours.
Candidates must secure a minimum of 30% marks to qualify for the next stage.
Phase 2: Main Written Exam
The Main Exam involves two extensive papers:
Paper 1 (General Hindi): 100 questions carrying 200 marks (Duration: 2 Hours). Candidates must achieve a qualifying baseline of 30%.
Paper 2 (General Studies): Covers General Studies, Civic, History, Geography, Mathematics, and Mental Ability.
This paper acts as the primary criteria for the final merit listing.
Phase 3: Physical Standards & Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates who crack the written exams must fulfill the mandatory physical measurements and events:

General & BC (Male): Minimum 165 cm
EBC, SC & ST (Male): Minimum 160 cm
All Categories (Female): Minimum 155 cm
Physical Efficiency: Includes a targeted run (1.6 km for males within 6 minutes, 1 km for females within 6 minutes), high jump, long jump, and shot put.
Pay Scale
Selected Company Commanders are placed in a highly lucrative salary band equivalent to Level-6 administrative police ranks, with a basic pay structure scaling from ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400/-, reinforced by standard state allowances.
